2 sp0115t is a super compact drive, used in 17 mm EconoDUAL ™ IGBT module.As members of the family of CONCEPT plug and play device, it is on electrical performance and anti-jamming is optimized in order to meet the requirements of different industrial applications.Compared with traditional solutions, highly integrated SCALE - 2 chipset components number can be reduced by 80%, thus can significantly improve the reliability, and reduce costs.
2 sp0115t is complete dual channel IGBT drive, a DC/DC power supply, short circuit protection, high active clamp and supply voltage monitoring function.Users only need to weld it to the corresponding IGBT module, the system can immediately began to work, the need for additional development or adapter.It can shorten the design cycle, at the same time, will not affect the efficiency of the whole system.
