ISO5125I is a single channel isolated DC/DC power supply, to 3.3 kV, 4.5 kV and 6.5 kV IGBT.The output power is 5 w, make 6.5 kV / 750 a IGBT switching frequency can reach 5 KHZ.ISO5125I for Power Integrations1 sp0335and1 sp0340SCALE - 2 high voltage IGBT drive to provide power supply.
ISO5125I DC/DC power supply can be used in a variety of isolation voltage, to cover more than two level to level in the topology 3.3 kV to 6.5 kV IGBT full range of application.
Other features include: creepage distance up to 60 mm wide;Very low coupling capacitance pf (4);Highly reliable circuit design;Strong encapsulation, easy installation and can prevent vibration.
