ゲート ドライバは、15 V の論理レベルで動作する電気的インターフェイス及び内蔵 DC/DC 電源を備えています。
Power Integrations のダイナミック アドバンストアクティブ クランプは、PV（太陽電池） や回生アプリケーション (トラクションなど) において、IGBT がオフ状態での DC リンク電圧範囲を最大 60 s まで拡張できます。
