非絶縁型オフライン電源の LinkSwitch-TN2 ファミリーの IC は、従来のリニアまたはコンデンサ ドロッパ ソリューションと比較して、性能が格段に向上しました。高集積化された LinkSwitch-TN2 を使用することにより、設計はより柔軟で、効率改善、包括的なシステムレベルの保護、及び高い信頼性を活用できます。このデバイス ファミリーは降圧型、極性反転型、及びフライバック コンバータ型に対応します。各デバイスでは、725 V / 900 V 耐圧 MOSFET、発振器、軽負荷時の効率が高い ON/OFF 制御、自己バイアス用の高電圧定電流回路、周波数ジッタリング、高速毎周期電流制限回路、ヒステリシス特性を持つ過熱保護回路、及び入出力の過電圧保護回路が単一 IC 上に集積されています。
